I did research on the following countries: Argentina, Mexico,panama, Guatemala, and Peru and learned that in Argentina on someones birthday they get their earlobes pulled. In Mexico 15th birthdays are the special ones. I learned that in panama people sing happy birthday in English and Spanish. In Guatemala the activities are scheduled and in Peru they wear hata and kive out goody bags with pins. I learned some Spanish words like cumpleaños. I contributed to my group project by helping to make the templates for people to make crowns. I liked Making crowns as a birthday activity because it is something that we ussually don't do for birthdays. There was nothing I did not like

In Argentina Children do performances. People sing and dance. Also On someones birthday they get their earlobes pulled for each year that they have been alive.
In mexico On birthdays they got to church in the morning. After returning home Children have lots of friends to eat and hang out. During the party they smash a piñata.
Up to 100 children are invited to a party. This party has cake and a piñata. Before eating cake Happy Birthday is sung in English and Spanish.
Chidren are invited for scheduled anctivities. One of these activities are smashing a huge piñata.
At these birthday party everyone gets a goody bag or bax and a really decorative pin. Also everyone wears a party hat. The person with the birthday wears a birthday crown.
